• We started a couple hours or days before your trip, the entire planning of your schedule.
• When you’re airborne we will be standing by for any change, and we will contact the crew if any unforeseen circumstances may affect the safety of the flight and the integrity of the passengers.
• Your flight will not be finished unless the aircraft is secured in the Parking and you arrived at your destination.
