The Site provides several forms that can be filled in, to request different types of services.
By submitting or entering your information to the Site, you agree the right to JetStream Aero Services to use, copy, modify, display, distribute, download, store, reproduce, transmit, publish, transfer, adapt, create derivative works in any manner, in entirety or a portion of your Submitted Material, and forward it with no restrictions, unless otherwise mentioned, worldwide, with the aim to get your services application treated in a proper manner.
By filling and submitting the "forms", you agree and authorize JetStream Aero Services to use its own judgment, discretion and expertise, to conduct all the practices on your behalf, towards third party, as well as being charged for that service.
JetStream Aero Services, at its sole discretion to refuse, delete and perform certain types of services, contained in the form that it might be considered unacceptable or beyond JetStream Aero Services Activities.
You acknowledge and agree that JetStream Aero Services may retain copies of your Submitted Materials and disclose your Submitted Materials to a third party if it believes that it is necessary to:
1. Protect the integrity of the Site;
2. Protect rights of JetStream Aero Services activities;
3. Comply with any court order;
4. Comply with any legal proceedings;
5. Satisfy any claims regarding violations of third party's rights.

4. SPECIFIC USAGE AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
